TPG was founded by Cecilia in 1989 and specializes in the redevelopment of existing commercial properties primarily located in the inner city. Cecilia is responsible for securing and analyzing potential properties for purchase, conception of the design development strategies, overseeing and supervising the construction phase, handling the day to day management of the property including property management and marketing. Some of TPG's redevelopment projects include the acquisition and renovation of the Kallison Family office properties in downtown San Antonio, Shopper's City Retail/Office Center on the Southside and Windows on Main in historic Monte Vista. Prior to founding TPG, Cecilia was Vice President of Marketing and Leasing for Barshop Enterprises, Inc., a San Antonio based, family-owned, real estate developer. During her tenure with Barhsop Enterprises, Cecilia oversaw the marketing and leasing of master planned developments such as Alamo Downs Business Park, I-35 Business Park and Binz-Engleman Business Park. Cecilia began her career in commercial real estate as a leasing agent for Quincy Lee Companies in 1980. Cecilia was the first woman hired as an industrial leasing agent at Quincy Lee Companies (and San Antonio). Cecilia was one of a handful of women specializing in industrial real estate in the country at the time.

Tom is a former practicing public accountant and college professor of accounting at Trinity University , Tom retired from these endeavors to pursue a management career in the family agriculture and livestock business for sixteen years. After the sale of this business in 2006 he now works as a controller and financial officer to a small number of clients. His responsibilities at The Priority Group Inc. are principally overseeing the financial and accounting operations.

Marcello Rivero | Porter

Marcello has over 14 years in experience in building maintenance.  Originally from Uraguay, Marcello moved to Texas after a brief stay in New York.  Marcello is a "people" person and is a real talent in asset management.  His up beat approach to life and work is testament to the power of positive attitude.  Marcello is on-site at Huntington West Office Building & Pond Hill Retail Center, and is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the property.  He interacts with tenants and contractors on a daily basis.
